Step 2: Booking Your Ride
Here’s how to lock in your trip:
- Call MAS (Medical Answering Services) at 855-360-3543
- Request Metro Luxury as your provider
- Provide your pickup address, appointment info, and Medicaid ID
- Confirm your ride date and time
Try to book at least 3 days in advance when possible, but if you’re in a time crunch, still call—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
